• WELCOME version. Make your own small heart shaped concrete or plaster plaques with this reusable mould. Your finished casts will measure appox. 13cm x 11.5cm x 1.5cm deep.
• The mould is made from thick semi-rigid ABS plastic which can be used over and over again. Simply was in warm soapy water (NOT dishwasher proof!) after each use and it will last for years.
• Your casts will pop out of the mould easily, but if you like you could rub a TINY amount of normal kitchen vegetable oil on the inside of the mould before pouring in your concrete mix to facilitate demoulding.
• If you're new to concrete casting, some common mixes you could try are: 4 parts sharp sand to 1 part cement, OR 2 parts sharp sand to 1 part cement, OR 3 parts mixed gravel and sand to 1 part cement.
• Make plaques for yourself or to sell on. These are really popular at markets or car boots.
