Follow our fitting advice for a seamless setup: 1) Locate the Sash Jammer onto the section, ensuring the window can still open & close without contact with the Sash Jammer Body. 2) Drill 2mm pilot holes into the section using the sash jammer as a jig. 3) If you encounter reinforcing when drilling pilot holes, use the self-tapping screws provided. 4) If the pilot holes drill through relatively easily, there will be no reinforcement, and you will need to use jack nuts. We recommend using a 2mm drill bit. Jack nuts are supplied separately; we recommend using a 9.5mm drill bit when using jack nuts.
