The two Spy Master know the identities of the 25 Informants, but their agents only see their code name. Teams fight for ingenuity to be the first contact with all their informants. To do this, Spymasters provide a single clue that can refer to multiple code names on the table. So their agents try to guess the code names of their color and avoid those of the opposing team.
