Apply with the fingers from the middle of the face to the sides with light smoothing motions. Start with the chin, then move from the nose to the tops of cheeks, and finish on the forehead. Remember to blend in delicately on the neck and ears. 3. To finish, place both hands flat on the face and slowly apply light pressure several times, moving from the middle of the face to the sides. This helps even out and set the Tinted Moisturizer.
