Filled with 500g of cherry pits. Covered in 100% cotton fabric. Instructions: put the pillow in the microwave at max. 500 watts for 1 minute or in the oven at max. 80 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes. If it is too hot, leave the pillow to cool down. For cold treatment put the pillow in refrigerator (not in the freezer). Children may use this equipment only under supervision by a person responsible for their safety.
