We have collated all the feedback from you, our customers, to develop a new MAR chart. Some of the changes include; changing the format from a pad to a book, an extended key at the bottom of the chart, an additional page for carer notes, adding a start and end date at the top of the page, making the pages double sided and thinner (reducing the cost per chart) & space for the route of medication.
