Cherry Printers Accident Report Book is an essential document for employers and employees, who are required by law to record and report details of specified work-related injuries and incidents. It enables businesses to comply with legal requirements such as Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations (RIDDOR) and is also HSE & GDPR compliant. The book is supplied as A5 with 50 reports per book. There is a tab at the top which remains in the book to give reference to the report if needed. Once the report is completed, it is to be handed in to the relevant person for safekeeping. This is a pack of 10 books.
