The dimensions of the panel mount socket is provided in the drawings picture The socket can either be fixed with countersunk screws [the plastic faceplate has countersunk holes] if the faceplate is fixed on the outside of the panel [in which case you would need a cutout of 19mm x 28mm like in the picture] or with regular pan head machine screws [possibly matching the others on the panel] if the socket is fixed from the inside, it this case, it has a +/- 2 mm protrusion which would flush with panels of similar thickness and would require a cut hole of 22mm x 30.5mm [see dimensions picture].
