Indications There are no direct synergists of BCAA, however intra-workout they can be combined with Citrulline Malate for optimal performance. After a tough workout you may want to combine Instant BCAA with a fast-acting carbohydrate source such as Vitargo or Waxy Maize Starch; either of these will help shuttle BCAA to your muscle cells faster than if supplementing with BCAA as a standalone product.
