Product description
This tripod was actually developed for , but is also suitable for comparable camera tracking systems. These trackers usually have a 1/4"photo thread that allows them to be screwed onto the integrated polar wedge. The polar wedge is used to align the photo mount with Polaris so that the axis of rotation of the mount is parallel to the Earth's axis. This makes long-exposure sky shots possible.
