About this item
- Box Moth Trap - 1 Trap & 4 Pheremone Lures - 5 Months Supply - Box Tree Moth Caterpillar Non-Toxic Treatment - 1 Trap Per 0.5 Acres - No More Mr Nice Guy
- 1 x box tree moth trap with 4 pheromone lures (5 months supply) - box tree moth caterpillars pose a significant threat to vegetation and lead to severe defoliation and subsequent dieback. Caterpillars create webbing tents as a form of defence, which unfortunately complicates the process of effectively managing them. Hence, vigilance and prompt action are paramount in combating these pests.
- How to use: 1) Place trap between March and October. 2) Recommended density is 1 trap per 0.5 acres of land. 3) Lures need to be changed every 5 weeks. 4) Add water to a depth of 3cm with a small dash of washing up liquid into the bucket of the trap. 5) Attach the funnel to the bucket by aligning the slots on the funnel with the tabs on the bucket and twisting to lock together.
- How to use: 6) Attach the lid to the funnel by aligning the 4 inserts in the lid with the 4 pegs projecting from the top of the funnel and push the pegs into the holes, so that the lid is fully attached. 7) Using gloves, open one sachet, which includes one lure and remove the lure, then remove the cap off the lure cage and place the pheromone lure inside and refasten the cap. 8) Push the lure cage through the hole in the lid from above, so that the cage effectively hangs below the lid.
- How to use: 9) Thread the supplied hanging cord through the two tab-holes on the lid and tie at both ends. 10) Trap should be placed in an open area close to at-risk plants and be mounted at 1.5-2m above the ground either from box tree or a post. 11) Check the traps at least twice a week and top up the liquid in the bucket to the 3cm depth as and when required. The funnel traps should be emptied regularly to avoid the trap filling and repellency from putrefaction of the caught insects.

I wrote to Bigamart's customer support and they accompanied the process of reshipping the item until it finally arrived. I felt a genuine effort to solve the problem till it was finally solved.
The package was here in Australia from England in a few days โ so quick! Something was missing and they refunded it straight away. Pretty happy with these guys.
