Black Embers

If you have lost someone, you will be aware of the pain and anguish it causes. If you haven’t, take comfort that is an experience we all will share. Black Embers are emotional fragments of time. Born in the fire of grief, they are grasped by the wind, only to fade. These poems were written, deep in personal torment. Raw, unfiltered reality as Philip processed his grief and learned about life and especially, death. In his first self publication, he wishes to reach out to those with shared experiences, stories and council to greater understand death and its impact on us all.
