As one of the most durable foam-based helmets in our Black Diamond collection, the Vision is made from EPP composite foam with moulded EPS and a polycarbonate helmet shell to protect against dents. At the same time, the helmet is lightweight at only 215 g. The improved fit on the sides and back provides additional protection that meets proposed UIAA requirements. The strategically placed vents provide air circulation in warm temperatures. The Vision's attachment system and chin strap are lightweight and comfortable, while the integrated headlamp clips are arranged so that no material snags when loops are pulled over and a lamp can be attached after dark.
