Plug in the heating pad to a power source. 2. Select the desired temperature setting using the detachable controller. 3. Place the heating pad on the desired area of the body, ensuring that it is positioned correctly for optimal heat therapy. 4. Do not use the heating pad for more than 90 minutes at a time, as it will automatically switch off after this period. 5. Avoid falling asleep with the heating pad on. 6. To clean the heating pad, remove the micro-fleece cover and wash it in a washing machine at 30°C. Allow the pad to air dry completely before using it again. 7. Store the heating pad in a cool, dry place when not in use. Safety Warning Always use on a flat, stable surface. Do not leave unattended while in use or plugged in.
