Remove it from its packaging. 2. Charge lithium-ion battery for 2-3 hours before using the heating pad for the first time. 3. Switch on by pressing the ON/OFF button and temperature levels. 4. Select a four directly on the battery pack of the heat belt. 5. Wear comfortably around your stomach or back by putting on wide elastic band with fastener. 6. This heats up the quick heater in the first 10 minutes, keeps heat for up to 4 hours. 7. Automatically switches off after 90, avoid overheating. 8. For washing, remove the heating pad, wash it at 30 °C. 9. To use again, press temperature levels, turn on if not discharged.
