This special box is used for satellite single cable solutions, also called Unicable. In the factory, 18V DC and 22kHz continuous sound are blocked here, user band 1-16 are unlocked at the factory. As a result, the antenna socket is immediately operational and effectively suppresses interference from incorrectly configured TVs or satellite receivers. The can be programmed if required. One or more user tapes can be assigned, so a twin receiver can also be operated on a can. Only receivers that are set to the user band (s) of the can will then have access to the programs. Receiver with incorrectly user band settings or non-unicable-capable receivers cannot interfere with the system. Simple programming of cans via PC/laptop is possible with the free programming software “AndoKon”. Compatible with all common SATcr/Unicable multiswitches and receivers according to EN50494/EN50607. A programming adapter (USB to F connection) SZU 60-00 is available separately as an accessory. This premium line can allows quick and safe installation in flush-mounted or cavity sockets, with an additional surface mounting frame almost anywhere. For easy access during cable installation, the connection cover is highly flexible and can be opened wide. The cable feed is rounded, which protects against unwanted bending of the coaxial cable. The outer sheath is clamped and thus receives a safe strain relief. The inner conductor is also clamped and thus remains intact - unlike screws. All Axing premium-line cans have the same stripping size of 8/13 mm, the corresponding stripping tool BWZ 5-02 is offered separately.
