This latest generation splitter features high shielding and an extended frequency range of 5 to 1218 MHz. The splitter is therefore completely future-proof and the right choice for larger distributions of cable TV or antenna systems with DVB-T2 HD. The splitter is suitable for multimedia and reverse channel, so can be used for internet supply by a cable network operator. Also suitable for later expansion of the cable nets for even faster Internet. The inputs and outputs are hum-coupled. Thanks to high return loss and high intermodulation resistance, interference-free use is also guaranteed in complex distributions. The screening rate exceeds class A by +10 (according to EN 50083-2). Unlike a splitter, the attenuation at the outputs is different for a splitter. The trunk line output has a low flow attenuation, so several distribution components can be operated in a row. At the junction outputs the damping is higher. Thanks to a previous level calculation, and the use of branches with different attenuations, a nearly identical signal level can be achieved with all connections in the house. Due to the higher directional attenuation, puncture ducts can be used on a junction box, which have lower attenuation values than through sockets. All connectors are designed for F-connectors.
