The HID Omnikey 5025CL reader facilitates the reading & writing of 125KHz smart cards and tags. Designed to be easy integrated into existing systems, these readers can be used with existing low frequency cards, increasing the security potential without the need to re-issue existing cards. Based on HID's proven hardware and drivers, this reader can be used with Windows, Linux or Mac operating systems without the need for driver installation. The 5025CL is also suitable as a replacement for the Omnikey 5325CL reader, as it's backwards compatibility allows it to slip right in to an existing setup.

I wrote to Bigamart's customer support and they accompanied the process of reshipping the item until it finally arrived. I felt a genuine effort to solve the problem till it was finally solved.
