Artemia is a small saltwater crustacean available in nature in almost all places on Earth, where there are brackish lakes or pools also subject to total evaporation. Adult artemias, from selected cysts in Great Salt Lake in Utah, have high nutritional characteristics and are microbiologically negative to TSV- IHHNV – YHV – WSSV – HPV BP tests and bacterial infection. Enzyme content integrity is essential for improving digestibility in adult fry and tropical fish, resulting in increasing survival and improving growth.
