Directions Begin your treatment by using Apraise Micellar Water to ensure all make-up has been carefully removed and your client has a clean base. Mix tint with Apraise Cream or Liquid Developer. Prepare the eye area with petroleum jelly then apply the tint to the brows. Development time is between 5 and 10 minutes. Remove tint using Apraise Micellar Water and cotton pad.
