- EASY INSTALLATION: Using a pencil, draw the outline and the hinge holes on both the door jamb and the frame. Use a chisel to remove the mortise for a clean finish. Use a drill to screw the plates onto the door and the frame. Align the hinge plates and slide the pin in to join them.
