Directions Alcotec - Vodka Star 66 g. Fill 21 litres of 30 – 40 °C warm water in your fermentation. Mix and add (5, 6, 7) kilos of sugar until it is completely closed. Add the solution and 1 package of yeast and mix everything for 1 minute. Allow the mixture to ferment at a temperature between 20 and 30 °C, the optimum temperature is 25 °.
