If the pop button is 'stuck' this means your coffee is too hot to drink, wait until you can comfortably un-pop the button for safe drinking temperatures. Do not try to unscrew the lid for 5 minutes after hot coffee has been poured inside as this could release the vacuum pressure and cause some coffee to leak. When hand-washing, unscrew the top portion anti-clockwise to clean the internal lid.
