At the heart of our tea ceremony set is the matcha bowl in a modern design. The bowl has a diameter of 10.8 cm and a height of 6.0 cm. With a volume of approx. 320 ml, the bowl offers enough space to beat the matcha tea beautifully foamy, but is small and light enough to be held with one hand. Gradient and design of the glaze vary slightly, so no shell is the same. Each is unique. The set includes a matcha spoon "Chashaku" for optimal dosage of matcha as well as the matcha brooms, also called chasen, an indispensable accessory for preparing matcha tea. It has 80 bristles and allows the Matcha tea to beat with a firm and presentable foam. The broom holder made of porcelain (Japan "Chasentate") in the same design of the matcha bowl extends the life of the matcha broom, as the bristles dry quickly and particularly well thanks to uniform ventilation. After use, simply rinse the matcha brush with lukewarm water and place the bristles facing down on the holder. The special shape of the holder ensures that the bristles are protected and retain their shape longer.
